• All rental transactions are final.

• Administrative Fees are non-refundable.

• Written notice of intent to vacate is required.

• If you rent a storage unit/space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid that is 30 days or less.

• In the event your account is overcharged due to an error, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy.

• All sales are final on merchandise sales. Only defective merchandise will be replaced.

• Main Street Mini Storage is governed by the policies and procedures of each credit card company that is accepted and whose authority ultimately may supersede all conditions established by Main Street Mini Storage regarding credit card acceptance and refunds. The existence of a question or dispute regarding a credit card or other form of payment does not alter, reduce and/or eliminate a customer’s responsibility to perform their obligation(s) to make timely rental payments regardless of any issue that exists that may or may not require a refund or adjustment of a prior payment(s).

• Refunds are mailed to the last address as provided by the tenant on the written notice to vacate form and may take up to 30 days to process.
